These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jon Bellion Forever app and website at jonbellionforever.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Jon Bellion Forever is an independent, fan-built project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Jon Bellion, his record label, management, or any official Jon Bellion entity. Trademarks, artwork, and release information referenced in the app remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational and archival purposes among fans.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@jonbellionforever.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The marketplace

The Service includes a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can list items for sale or trade, and message each other to arrange a transaction. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not process payments, do not verify the condition, authenticity, or legality of listed items, and are not responsible for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction you enter into with another user. Use common sense and exercise caution — verify item condition, confirm identities, and use secure payment methods before completing any trade.

Community content and conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, including Jon Bellion or his affiliates
• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items on the marketplace
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, or abuse other users
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Service

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (collection photos, listings, messages, forum posts). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service — for example, showing your public collection to other users. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.

Catalog and archival data

Song credits, release information, show setlists, and similar catalog data displayed in the app are aggregated from public sources (including Genius, Discogs, and Setlist.fm) and community contributions, for informational and archival purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep this accurate but don't guarantee completeness or correctness.

Third-party sign-in and services

If you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jon Bellion Forever and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a marketplace transaction with another user.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@jonbellionforever.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
